Health Literacy: Partnering in Patient-Centered Care
October 27th Conference will focus on educational strategies to promote patient-centered care and increase awareness about health literacy
The Hofstra North Shore-LIJ School of Medicine and North Shore-LIJ’s Office of Diversity, Inclusion and Health Literacy will be presenting a conference “Health Literacy: Partnering for Patient-Centered Care,” on Thursday, October 27 at the Hofstra University Club from 8 a.m. to 4 p.m.
The objective of the conference is to promote patient-centered care and raise awareness of the importance of health literacy.
