Director of Clinical Program Initiatives at the North Shore – LIJ Health System

As Director of Clinical Program Initiatives at the North Shore – LIJ Health System, Ms. Perez currently works with Dean Smith to enhance the overall management of education, research and operational issues related to all medical and clinical affairs. She is interested in continuing to assist in the development of the medical school curriculum.

Ms. Perez earned a Bachelor of Arts degree in Psychology from Binghamton University and a Master of Public Administration with a concentration in Health Policy & Management from New York University Robert F. Wagner School of Public Service. She completed her Administrative Fellowship at North Shore – LIJ Health System and was promoted to various management positions throughout the Department of Medicine.
