Jason Naidich, MD, MBA
Dr. Jason Naidich is Chairman of the Department of Radiology at the Hofstra North Shore-LIJ School of Medicine at Hofstra University and Chairman of the Department of Radiology at North Shore University Hospital and Long Island Jewish Medical Center. He also serves as Senior Vice President of Imaging Services for the North Shore-LIJ Health System.
Dr. Naidich received his medical degree from Cornell University Medical College and completed his residency in Diagnostic Radiology at the New York University Medical Center, where he served as Chief Resident. He completed a fellowship in Vascular and Interventional Radiology at NYU as well as a fellowship in Magnetic Resonance Imaging at Beth Israel – Deaconess Medical Center/Harvard Medical School. Dr. Naidich is Board Certified in Diagnostic Radiology and received a Certificate of Additional Qualification in Vascular and Interventional Radiology from the American Board of Radiology. Additionally, he received an MBA with a concentration in healthcare management from Yale University.
Dr. Naidich serves on the Executive Committee of the North Shore - LIJ Medical Group, one of the largest medical groups in the United States and 2012 Silver Award Recipient from the Partners in Performance Excellence, a regional Baldrige-based program. He also serves as Chair of the Medical Group’s Health Information Technology Committee.
His interests include healthcare policy, quality, and noninvasive vascular imaging. Dr. Naidich reviews manuscripts for the American Journal of Radiology and is actively involved in organized radiology, representing New York State as Councilor to the American College of Radiology. He also serves on several ACR education and economics committees.
