My name is Alexis and I'm from Massapequa. For my undergraduate degree, I went to SUNY Cortland and then continued my academic journey at Hofstra University for my master's degree.

Baking, cooking, traveling, listening to music (Taylor Swift, Lorde, Lana Del Rey, and Ed Sheeran) and going to concerts, trying Crumbl cookies each week, hanging out with family, filming and editing videos, and going to the beach.
What brought you to the Zucker School of Medicine and the world of higher education?
After leaving the teaching profession, I knew I wanted to continue making a meaningful impact on student's lives. The opportunity to contribute to the development of future healthcare professionals at the Donald and Barbara Zucker School of Medicine at Hofstra/Northwell resonated deeply with my passion.
