I’m an I-O Psychology Practitioner (and a proud Hofstra alumna!) as well as a Certified Leadership Coach. I have over 10 years of experience in talent acquisition, leadership development, and project management across corporate, nonprofit, and education sectors. I specialize in strategy and optimization, with a passion for designing thoughtful solutions that make workplaces more equitable, engaging, and effective.

I did gymnastics for seven years and was proud to take home both silver and gold medals on vault.

I’m passionate about travel and have spent a lot of time exploring the Caribbean, especially during carnival. But now, I’m ready for a change and Japan is definitely at the top of my bucket list!
What brought you to the Zucker School of Medicine and the world of higher education?
I’ve always been driven to build systems that not only improve performance but also ensure that employees feel seen, supported, and valued. Working at the Zucker School of Medicine felt like the right fit. It’s a place where mission-driven work, complex systems, and the chance to really support staff and faculty through meaningful development come together.
