Tell us a little about yourself...elevator pitch style!
I am a self-proclaimed extroverted introvert, or as I like to say, a socially awkward social butterfly. I'm a two-time Hofstra grad, lifetime Long Islander, dog dad to my one-year-old Pomeranian, Lola, and have a passion for all things K-Pop, WWE, reality TV (especially housewives), comic books and pop culture.
Fun Fact Unique To You
Hmmm...it's hard to pick just one (So here are a few)! I was a first-degree black belt and I used to also teach karate to kids ages 4-17. I’ve choregraphed three dance performances. I used to be an avid cross country/track athlete and once even helped J.Lo pick out a pair of sneakers at a sneaker store!

Tell Us Your Favorite Hobbies or a To-Do on Your Bucket List
In terms of hobbies - dancing, reading, drawing, creative writing, listening to music or hanging with friends/family. For my bucket list...one day I want to attend one of the music shows in South Korea (think of an MTV-style show). I may get my chance when I go to South Korea at the end of April! I'd also like to go backstage at a WWE show one day
What brought you to the Zucker School of Medicine and the world of higher education?
I was looking for a career that allowed me to work in all-encompassing areas of communications (PR, marketing, internal comms, design work, press, etc.) and I've always loved the world of higher ed - working with faculty, students and staff. Helping to tell the stories of our school and the people in our community is something I love even more. It was a blend of all of these things, my passions and my love for Hofstra, that got me in the door here and I couldn't be happier. No regrets at all!
