Course Description:

This course is developed with three distinct roles you will assume as Chief Resident in your program: Leader, Manager, Mentor.  These roles require outstanding communication skills and exemplary professional behavior at all times.  This 9-hour  course will assist Chief Residents with listening and organization skills required to solicit valuable input from their team (students, interns, residents, staff and faculty).  It will conclude with an important professional development message pertaining to your personal and professional growth as an individual, as you prepare for your next professional position post residency.
