Hofstra students receive discounts when purchasing Lenovo and Apple computers. Login on the Hofstra Portal to access these discounts online.
Adobe Creative Cloud suite is available for students, faculty and staff at a discount for personal use. You can obtain the software by visiting the Adobe Creative site at https://creative.adobe.com/plans. Click on the Student and Teachers tab, enter your pride.hofstra.edu or hofstra.edu email address to purchase.
EndNote Desktop is now available for download only for Zucker School of Medicine students, faculty, and staff. Both Windows and Mac versions are provided via the myHofstra.edu portal for use on your personal computer.
Login to the myHofstra.edu portal, click on the “myApps” menu on the upper right-hand corner. Click on Endnote X9 icon to save the installation file. Click on the installer file to start the installation process.

Current Hofstra University faculty and staff are eligible to receive a free subscription to 'Microsoft Office 365 Pro Plus' which allows you to download and install Microsoft Office on up to 5 PCs or Macs and install Office apps on their mobile devices including Android, iPad®, and Windows tablets. Students can download a free copy of Microsoft Office Professional from "myApps" in the Hofstra Portal.
Six month and twelve-month rental licenses are available to verified Hofstra University students, faculty and staff at a discounted rate.
