Student Records

Applying to Residency

The Office of Student Records works closely with the Office of Career Advisement to support students during their application to residency programs. The Office of Student Records will issue you a token in your third year of medical school that will allow you to gain access to the Electronic Residency Application Service (ERAS).

For more information on timelines and how to apply, please visit: Applying to Residencies with ERAS

Reminder: In January of your third year, you will be asked to complete a form through the portal that authorizes the Office of Student Records to release components of your education record to application services such as the ERAS or the military match. If you have questions regarding this release, please email SOMRegistrar@hofstra.edu.
