- Create a Northwell Health Culture of Team-Based Clinical Care to support a clear understanding of the evidence that aligns with Interprofessional Practice, Education and Collaborative Care (IPEC). (https://www.ipecollaborative.org/)
- Faculty Mentoring Toolkit
- Promote the benefits of mentorship within the Northwell Health community of faculty, mentees and mentors; unify and cultivate a cadre of mentors across departments/regions as influencers of the important role of mentorship, which supports all Northwell Health's values and commitment to excellence.
- Feedback
- To systemize the knowledge and skills to demonstrate evidence-based feedback practices across the continuum of health professions with the Northwell System. The focus is to define feedback, recognize feedback, receive and give feedback and most importantly value feedback. No documents
