MD/PhD Admissions: Request Secondary Application
This request for a secondary application is intended for applicants who have completed an AMCAS application with an MCAT score below the 50th percentile and/or a cumulative undergraduate GPA of 3.0 or less. If you have not submitted your AMCAS application, or you are missing your MCAT scores or your letters of recommendation, you will not be sent a secondary application until those items are received.
Please allow up to two weeks to process this request. If you meet our minimum requirements to receive a secondary application automatically, but have not received a secondary application within three weeks of your AMCAS application being verified, please call the Office of Admissions at 516-463-7519.
