Technology/Mobile App/AV
All rooms unless noted are equipped with an in-room computer and corresponding technology. Presenters should load their presentations onto a flash drive/USB drive and bring to the room shortly before official start time to load. Anyone bringing a laptop must bring their own wires, cables, and adapters. Rooms will have HDMI and VGA compatibility, so please plan accordingly.
Audiovisual assistance will be available if needed and Wi-Fi is available in the facility by registering on the Hofstra Guest network.

- Go to the app store (iTunes, GooglePlay, Windows APP)
- Search for GEA/GSA/OSR Meetings
- Choose the ‘NEGEA 2018 Regional Meeting’
